After my first FASM class at SCAD I knew management was a career path I had to pursue. The business field is logical, modern and objective; while the marketing side quickly became like a dessert after dinner. Working on logistics and marketing assets became rewarding. I found that my naturally strict work ethic, obsessive organizational habits and problem solving skills further enhanced my performance. FASM also made me more understanding of the fashion industry as a whole.

For this group assignment, we had to pick a brand to research/analyze. The focus includes specific company profile with financial and store network details as well as an outline of the target customer. We deep dive deep into relevant product, lifestyle and technology trends. This culminates in a sales forecast and product assortment for the brand.

Burberry Six Month Buying Plan

The mock up collaboration between Fendi and Nespresso surged from a class project where every student had to choose two brands, research them individually, their customer profiles’, demonstrate why you chose these, and prove it would be beneficial for both parties to collaborate.

For this assignment, we had to pick a brand to research/analyze, create a unique assortment plan with cost sheets, manufacturers and tech packs, and organize an advertisement campaign that includes branding, a launch event, and mock ups. I chose the brand Missoni for this project.

For my BoF final we had to create a business plan with Gen Z as a target audience and relatability. Through research and analysis, I came up with an innovative eco-conscious swimwear brand, Toalla.

For this assignment we had to create a new pattern for the brand’s line up. For accurate brand related products, I researched Reformation first, then created a clear customer profile, trend forecasted accordingly and created a mood board, color board, fabric story and trend inspiration board, before finally creating the patterns for the mock up line up.
